Heidi Montag and her hubby Spencer Pratt chose Mexico for their second honeymoon. The Hills hottie was more then willing to show off her sculpted body for the paps.

Upon her arrival back in Los Angeles, Heidi wrote, “We landed!! Now I am just praying for health!” She also posted, “Thank you God for another day of life!!! and for waking up as Mrs. Pratt!” Ha! That should be punishment enough.
