Britney & Paris have been partying together, shopping together & lunching together, Britney is even dragging baby Sean Preston with her everywhere! After a long day of shopping it seems he was so pooped he slept on Britney’s shoulder … Poor baby!

“Everybody around Britney is worried for her,” a source tells: “Paris is only out for publicity and is taking advantage of Britney’s fascination with her.”

…according to Paris’ rep, Elliott Mintz, it’s more than just a passing fancy. He tells TMZ that the two are “really forming a bond” and that they’re “becoming like sisters.” Mintz says that the 24-year-old Spears “looks up to” the 25-year-old Paris and that she’s “extremely grateful” that Paris has taken her under her wing.
