Soccer stud David Beckham sports a trimmer version of wife Victoria Beckham’s haircut at the Sport Industry Awards 2007 at Old Billingsgate on Thursday evening in London, England

Becks seems to have modelled his latest look on a spruced-up elder Steptoe, played by Wilfred Brambell in the classic BBC sitcom.

A source close to the couple said of the short-Beck-and-sides: “It is very modish. David is happy with it, Victoria loves it.”
