Christina Aguilera feted her 28th birthday at Osteria Mozza restaurant in Hollywood late last night. Dressed in all white ensemble accessorized with a white cane and a black top hat, it appears the bash was themed around the Stanley Kubrick cult classic, A Clockwork Orange.

Among the non-costumed celebrities joining the apparently happy couple for the birthday celebration were TV stars Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.
