Reality TV personality Khloe Kardashian teams up with U by Kotex to join the “Real Talk Campaign” which empowers young women to take control of their health, held at the Flatiron District South Pedestrian Plaza in New York City last week.

Khloe showed up to the event in a skin-tight red dress and bright heels with gold straps.
