British model Naomi Campbell put in a surprise appearance on the first day of the Milan ready-to-wear fashion show week, which started at the weekend.

The 37-year-old supermodel showed off her shapely gams on the catwalk rocking a barely there two-piece at the Miss Bikini Spring/Summer 2008 women’s collection during Milan Fashion Week in Italy on Saturday.
