Party princess Paris Hilton held her only official Sydney media engagement on New Year’s Day, naming Jaime Wright the face of Bondi Blonde beer.

Paris scanned her discerning wonky eye over a slew of bikini-clad blonde hopefuls at the packed $350-a-head party at Bondi Icebergs club.

The Hilton hotel heiress was reportedly paid up to $5 million by advertising magnate John Singleton for the whirlwind six-day promotional visit. Crowning Ms Wright Ms Bondi Blonde, Hilton was, as always, loving the cameras, striking a pose in a yellow dress for the mob of photographers crowding the Bondi club.

“Thanks for having me here, I’m having the best time and I love Australia,” she said.

“Being a blonde myself I love blondes, so I’m excited to meet you girls and thanks for having me here.”
