Paris Hilton celebrated her 27th birthday the only way she knows how – by prancing around in her underwear.

The socialite performed at Pussycat Dolls Lounge at Ceasars Palace in Las Vegas on Saturday night. She started out in what can only be described as ‘bondage’ lingerie teasing screaming admirers in the burlesque club.

Two costume changes later, she did in a mini-strip – down to her bra and knickers – while perched in a giant martini glass.
