Hilary Duff is enjoying her newfound freedom of singledom.

The actress/singer told Ryan Seacrest’s L.A. on his morning radio show, that she’s enjoying being single. Her ex-boyfriend, Joel Madden, and her still talk but Hilary is single and loving it!

Duff revealed that she went on a date and called the date ‘unique’. She did not reveal whom she went out on the date.

“I’ve never gotten to (date) before, so it’s kind of exciting,” she said. “I’ve always just had a boyfriend, you know? I’m young!” Hilary confessed, according to Extra TV.
