Ashlee Simpson has sold her Los Angeles mansion.The 22-year-old singer, the sister of “˜Dukes of Hazzard’ actress Jessica, bought the house in the suburban area of Encino for $4.5 million last year.

Ashlee has sold the property for an impressive $5.7 million – a profit of
$1.2 million.The lavish house boasts a gym, a meditation room, sauna, spa and a huge
wardrobe equipped with its own laundry unit.

Ashlee sold the property to Hawaiian convalescent hospital owner Edward Keh.
The “˜Pieces Of Me’ singer is currently staying with older sibling Jessica
while her new house is being renovated.
