Actress Angelina Jolie has confirmed the reported pregnancy by donning a tight black dress — clearly displaying her growing belly at at the 2008 Film Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica, Calif., on Saturday.

“Angelina looks more like 20 to 24 weeks and looks appropriate for the stage,” says New York–based obstetrician Dr. Ronald Reiss.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie made an appearance the 14th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday in Los Angeles.

Angelina was wearing a very loose chiffon dress which has stoked the rumor flames that she’s pregnant again.

The couple has been at the center of rumors all week; that the actress is expecting twins, and that she and Pitt are planning to adopt a Hurricane Katrina orphan.

Despite reports that Angelina Jolie is out as the face of St. John, Usmagazine.com can confirm that the mother of four is still the line’s spokesmodel.

“Rumors that St John has fired Angelina Jolie are untrue,” as source inside the company tells Us magazine, “Angelina is starring in our current ads and just shot for Spring so she definitely still is our face.”

Angelina Jolie attended the premiere of her latest film “A Mighty Heart” at the Cannes Film Festival on Monday morning.

In the film, Angelina portrays Mariane Pearl, the widow of Daniel Pearl, a Wall Street Journal newspaper reporter who was abducted and murdered in 2002. Pitt was a co-producer of the film.

Shiseido, the oldest cosmetics company in the world, hired Angelina Jolie to be their new face.
