The mom-to-be Nicole Richie was spotted out in her pregnant bikini body enjoying a little sunbathing and water time with boyfriend Joel Madden in Hawaii.

The couple has been enjoying their lovefest in Aloha state for the past few days to get away and celebrate Nicole’s 26th birthday.

Pregnant starlet Nicole Richie was spotted out with her rocker babydaddy Joel Madden and Mischa Barton at celeb hotspot Cipriani in New York City.

Richie looked fabulous, showing off her amazing pregnant form. Her baby bump was in full view in the sheer black garment, which also showed off a couple other assets that have come with her pregnancy.

Nicole Richie did an interview for the August issue of Nylon Magazine and confessed that she doesn’t want to be looked at as a role model. She is surprised that young girls look up to her and finds it dangerous.

“I don’t walk around pretending that I’m perfect, so I don’t think anyone should hold me to that. The dangerous thing is that there are 16, 17, 18-year-olds that people consider to be role models. I’m so happy I wasn’t famous back then. You’d think I was the f**king devil.”

Nicole Richie pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs and was sentenced to serve four days in her choice of city or county jail. she was supported by her boyfriend, Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden.

Richie was arrested on December 11 when she found driving her Mercedes Benz the wrong way down California State Route 134 highway in Burbank, Calif.

She was also fined $2,048 and ordered to complete a 21 day alcohol education course, and to serve three years probation.

It looks like Nicole Richie might have a little one on the way. According to various sources, the 26-year-old Simple Life star is pregnant and has undergone a series of pregnancy tests which confirmed that she is indeed expecting.

Rumors of the pregnancy first surfaced when Richie was photographed with what looked like a baby bump. A source this week told Life & Style magazine that “Nicole recently underwent a series of tests, including blood and urine screenings, which confirmed she is pregnant.”

Nicole Richie is currently dating Joel Madden of the band Good Charlotte. The two are reported to be engaged.

Newly reunited best friends Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, are the newest cover girls for the Harper’s Bazaar June 2007 issue.

“I think I get in more trouble just because of who I am,” Paris tells Harper’s Bazaar in an interview. “The cops do it all the time. They’ll just pull me over to hit on me. It’s really annoying. They’re like, ‘What’s your phone number? Want to go to dinner?’”
